Seems like the rules of fashion have been broken, floral is
not just for spring and white can be worn after Labor Day. My feelings on the
new rules; I concur. Topshop takes heed to this by displaying two white
floral pants, both exuding chic elegance. Each pair is blazer or blouse worthy
and bound to make a winter fashion statement.
